◇ I work on a 100% prepayment.
◇ If I know you and we have worked together several times, we can discuss splitting the payment into parts or paying after the work is completed.
◇ I do not make refunds if the work is in the rendering stage or is finished.
◇ I can make a refund at the initial stages, BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that the only way to refund your money is also through Boosty, as other international transfer methods do not work in my country. And I cannot guarantee that the cancellation of the transaction through your bank will be successful.

◇ I don't draw according to the text description, at least some kind of character image is required! It can be a reference sheet, arts, high-quality screenshots from the games etc.
◇ I'm bad at designing clothes from zero, if you don't have a specific outfit image, a few examples with a common vibe/ pinterest board/ collages/ images of individual details will help a lot.
◇ For complex armor, a reference is required!!
◇ The more references you give and the more specific they are, the closer I will be able to portray your idea!
◇ I don't draw complex architectural backgrounds.
◇ General or Mature raiting: may contain blood, mildly violent or disturbing content, artistic non sexual nudity.
◇ Corrections are free and unlimited, but major changes like full concept or full pose or background changes are only possible at the sketch stage.
◇ I don't have a strict deadline. The average delivery time is 1-3 months. Drawing is not my main job.
◇ If you see me posting personal art while I'm working on yours commission, please don't get mad. 🙏 Sometimes I get stuck at some stage of the work or I don't like the result and changing the focus to another art really really helps my brain.
